Compliance refers to the ability to comply with orders, rules, or requests. A private limited company incorporated in India must ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including the appointment, qualification, remuneration, and retirement of directors, as well as conducting board and shareholder meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When incorporating a private limited company in India, it is necessary to obtain a commencement of business certificate within 180 days of incorporation. All registered Indian companies must appoint a statutory auditor within 30 days of incorporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Private limited companies must file MCA Form AOC-4, MCA Form MGT-7, and the Income Tax Return by specific due dates. Failure to file these forms on time may result in penalties.
